• Every participant can view their record in the My Account section of SupplierEvaluations website.
• The payment to the prize winners will be made via PayPal account of by a company check. To be eligible to receive the prize you must be able either to deposit a check from the US based TD Bank or receive payments via Paypal transaction. No cash will be mailed.
