Valery Zelixon - Founder and Managing Partner

Valery Zelixon

Valery brings to the table 17 years of experience in the software industry. During his career, Valery designed and implemented software solutions for business process life cycle management in a variety of industries. These solutions span from the initial process discovery and analysis through reengineering, improvement, and application of technology to address real business needs. Valery was exposed to various aspects of Supply Chain Management and Supplier Performance Evaluations, which led to the creation of SupplierEvaluations.com. Valery maintains an excellent reputation among his clients and peers for being results driven, goals oriented, putting the customer first, and being an effective leader. Prior to founding SupplierEvaluations.com, Valery served as a practice lead of BPM consulting practice at EMC Corporation. In 2006, EMC acquired ProActivity Inc., a software company that specialized in Business Process Analysis and Monitoring, where Valery was a co-founder and was instrumental in taking the company towards its successful exit. Valery received his education in Russia. He immigrated with his family to Israel and later relocated to the United States. Valery resides in Massachusetts, United States.

Sherry Gordon - Senior Advisor, Industry

Sherry R. Gordon

Sherry is an innovator in enterprise measurement and performance improvement techniques and a thought leader in supplier performance management. She brings many years of experience as a practitioner, management consultant, entrepreneur and business person. Sherry is President of Value Chain Group, a consulting firm that helps companies improve their operations by applying supply management practices and performance improvement strategies and methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to their supply chains. Ms. Gordon was founder and CEO of Valuedge, which offered supplier evaluation software and was acquired by Emptoris, where she was Vice President, Supplier Performance. Before founding Valuedge, she ran the New England Suppliers Institute (NESI), a non-profit organization focused on improving customer-supplier business relationships and on using lean enterprise practices to improve supplier performance. Before that, she held positions with several major manufacturing and distribution companies and management consulting firms. Ms. Gordon is the author of the book Supplier Evaluation and Performance Excellence: A Guide to Meaningful Metrics and Successful Results, published in 2008. Ms. Gordon earned her B.A. from the University of Michigan, her M.A. from Columbia University, and her M.B.A. from Simmons College School of Management.

 

Sasha Grebenyuk, Web Marketing

Sasha is a master web marketer with years of experience in web marketing, brand management, marketing content management as well as in managing online communities and market research. Sasha started her carrier in IT and got involved with managing web sites in the early days of internet. Over the years she helped companies such as Amdocs, Oco, BBK Healthcare and others improve their web presence, increase traffic and increase web driven revenue streams. As e-Business consultant with PRTM she helped companies build their e-commerce web sites, from design idea to implementation. As independent contractor Sasha  built a stellar reputation of web marketing professional.

Sasha Grebenyuk holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Framingham State College and a Master Certificate in Executive Global Management from the Garvin School (Thunderbirds).

Frank Polischuk, Operations

 

Frank Polischuk brings wealth of experience in program management, project management and operations around complex technology implementation initiatives. Throughout his distinguished carrier Mr. Polischuk had an opportunity to learn from both operational successes and failures in such companies as Digital Equipment, Data General and Compaq Computer, managing programs with budgets exceeding $10M. Mr. Polischuk was always putting the customer first. He managed world-wide customer satisfaction program at DEC, leading to revenue increase of $25M. He also ran change management program at Data General which resulted in a 33% increase in the bid/win ratio and significant contribution to the revenue increase from $20 M to $60 M. As an independent consultant Mr. Polischuk helped many business, from small companies to larger corporations, improve their operations. Burlington MA based Digimarc ID Systems hired Mr. Polischuk to oversee complex multi-million dollar implementations of their ID management solution which delivered significant productivity improvements to the customer. Mr. Polischuk is an author of many quality and process improvement publications.

Mr. Polischuk earned Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Northeastern University.
