3. Most likely they never heard of you before and have no idea about the quality of goods or services your provide.
Nothing promotes your business better than your good reputation.
1. If your business is not listed on our site buyers cannot find you. Registration does not mean your business is listed, it lets you do it. Do it right after you register.
2. You need to list your supplier profile on our website. Sending us an email is not going to work. When you add your supplier profile - make sure to add the products. This is the best way to show up in the search results. If you don’t have a website you have to tell us how to verify your information. It will take us 24 hours to review your submission and make it public if it is verified.
3. Only listing your supplier profile is not enough either. Your reputation is the most important asset your can use to get buyers to find you. Buyers take risk when they do business with you. Help them reduce this risk - invite your current buyers to recommend you. In My Account there is an option to invite your current buyers. The more buyers can recommend you via submitting evaluations the more exposure you will get.
4. If you invite buyers to evaluate you, they can only find you by your supplier profile. If your profile does not show, it might not yet have been approved.
