For me, the best venue for suppliers to promote their products is the Internet. Come to think about it, most of the people now are wired. Even mobile phones are now designed to have internet access. This just entails that if the Internet has now become a part of the lifestyle of every individual; then, it is just wiser to exploit for business.  This is very useful for suppliers who want to get prospective clients.

I agree with Marie. Even big companies and major suppliers have their own websites just to further promote their products.

Personally, I believe that the print media can be of more big use to suppliers because not all people can own a computer or laptop. But they can get hold of brochures, newspapers, or magazines anytime. Also, billboards and posters can be situated anymore - Making it more visible for clients and the target market compared to those posted online.

Yeah, print media can be a plus point when it comes to memory retention among potential consumers. But I think Internet marketing is cheaper and can give full specifics to consumers about the certain products that suppliers are trying to market.

Also, in Internet, consumers can give their feedbacks to the suppliers. They can easily relay their messages in case there is something wrong with their purchases.

For me, it’s definitely TV. Upon waking up, people turn on their TV sets..and before going to sleep, they also watch TV.

So true. And besides, TV promotions have more drive to consumers than the typical boring ones in posters or brochures.

But broadcast promotions are way more expensive than the ones in print…or yeah, the ones in the Internet.
