It is always nice to know, as supplier, if how your consumers or clients feel about their purchases from you. What’s the best way, though, to get their comments?

There is always this feedback forms given to the clients upon purchase of supplies. They can always use those to give their comments or suggestions…or maybe violent reactions about their purchase.

perhaps you can just ask to your customers (after they received their goods)? would be nice if you can visit them as well or at least give them a call.

To be sure and scientific about it. Suppliers (or companies) can conduct an annual survey about their products in order to get the pulse of the market about their products.  This can be done through the in-house research team of the company.

Or, they can give its contact numbers (such as mobile phones) to their clients when getting supplies so that they can easily call or send text message if they have immediate concerns.

Also, hotline numbers can help a lot in addressing some consumer concerns. I, myself, experienced the accessibility and effectiveness of hotline numbers wherein someone can answer your call right away 24/7.

For the suppliers side, it helps a lot if they will do some research. They can browse the Internet and read forums that talk about their products. Who knows they might get more ideas on how to do their supplies by reading these online postings.

Yes, so true. Furthermore, a supplier can also gain some knowledge about their competitor’s products.
