How to create Supplier Performance Evaluations

To add your Supplier Performance Evaluations (SPE) on our website you can use a simple Add Evaluation Wizard. You can create SPE for a supplier you created yourself or for existing supplier that someone else created. There are few simple steps that you should follow.

Prerequisites - a) you are a registered user on SupplierEvaluations. If not please register prior to following these instructions. b) you have a direct experience buying from this supplier. c) supplier was added to the before you start this process

1. You can browse existing suppliers using several available criteria - Alphabet, Country, Industry, Supplier Type and Product

2. OR You can use Search or Advanced Search to locate the supplier

3. Click Add Evaluation and complete the wizard. Here are several tips on submitting evaluations:

Be specific. It is the details that count, not just the numbers
Don’t cut on locations, products and the actual description of you experience. You would expect the same from your peers and that’s what makes our site work.
In your recommendation explain who would you recommend this supplier to. All the companies have different needs.

4. Once your data is reviewed and approved, it will be posted on the site.

Please note that evaluations will be in Progress or Pending status if until they get approved. All the approved evaluation will show up as Active in My Account section.
