Search results are built in a convenient for a new user way. To learn how to use the search you can go to Search or Advanced Search sections. Let's review the search results.

Search results screen is divided onto several clearly defined parts:

• Quick Search that includes Search Path and links to New and Advanced Search

• Search Filter - allows the user to drill down in the search results to narrow the list

• Search Results - actual search results showing the list of suppliers

On this screen the user can:

• Navigate to Advanced Search of start a new search altogether by clicking either of these links

• Drill down the results and get to the results set with the desired outcome - user can open any of the Country, Supplier Type, Industry or Products lists available in the drill down

• Navigate to the selected Supplier Page by clicking the supplier name link

• Perform any of the following actions against the selected supplier by pushing the buttons as described below:

  • ADD EVALUATION - starts Supplier Performance Evaluation Process. To see help on Supplier Performance Evaluation Process click here.

  • EDIT EVALUATION - opens this SPE entry for editing purposes. User will only get the option to edit an evaluation if he or she have submitted a portion of this SPE entry.

  • RENEW EVALUATION - opens this SPE entry in edit mode for renewal purpose. User will only get the option to renew an evaluation if he or she have submitted a portion of this SPE entry.

  • SUBSCRIBE - subscribes the user to be notified on any new SPE entries for this supplier.

  • UNSUBSCRIBE - unsubscribes the user from being notified on any new SPE entries for this supplier.

  • ADD TO CART - adds this item to the Shopping Cart. This option is only available if a valid SPE report exists for this supplier.

  • VIEW CART - takes the user to view all the items in the Shopping Cart. This button is only available in case this item has been previously added to the Shopping Cart.

  • DOWNLOAD - lets the user download the SPE report for this supplier.

• Select more the one supplier from the list. Once selected, this supplier record will stay in the Selected Suppliers portion of the drill down.

• Compare selected suppliers
